The Process

Conversation
An initial call or in-person meeting to understand your project, the scope you're considering, and the constraints we need to plan around. We share how similar projects typically run, and you decide if we're the right fit.
Walk Through
A site visit at your property to walk the project in person. We identify what's structurally and code-wise possible, flag the constraints that affect timeline or budget, and put together a clear scope to price.
Get Started
Once scope and pricing are agreed, we move to contract, schedule the trades, and break ground. From there you have a single project lead, a written schedule, and a weekly written update.
